2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any bet on the Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you have reached the age of 21. uno88 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds within it will be forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is principally operated for the benefit of Indonesian players. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. uno88 does not represent that the Platform is legal or appropriate in any particular jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territory. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not use the Platform.
2.3 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether held in the same name, under different names, or linked by device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. uno88 reserves the right to close any duplicate Account and confiscate any winnings generated through it.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, current, and complete information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must update your Account details promptly should any information change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. uno88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify uno88 support immediately via live chat or email.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, uno88 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification. You may additionally be asked to provide proof of your payment method and a selfie with your identity document. uno88 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.
3.5 Account Closure by User. You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting uno88 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon voluntary closure.
4.1 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion fees are charged by uno88, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges independently.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. Estimated processing times are as follows:
Processing times are estimates only and may be longer during national public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day — 17 August), scheduled bank maintenance, or periods of high withdrawal volume.
4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. uno88 applies the same-source withdrawal policy: withdrawal funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and maintain financial integrity.
4.6 Withdrawal Fees. uno88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which uno88 accepts no liability.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. Bonuses and promotional offers issued by uno88 are subject to these general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) may contribute a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms. Sports bets typically contribute at their own stated rate. Check individual promotion pages for the applicable contribution schedule.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, or device. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers — will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus credits expire 30 calendar days after being credited. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account balance with no compensation.
5.6 Withdrawal Order. Unless stated otherwise, Real Money Balance is staked before Bonus Balance. Withdrawals may only be processed from the Real Money portion of the Account balance. Remaining Bonus Balance will be retained subject to its wagering requirements.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by uno88. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your Account balance. uno88 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at the time of wagering.
6.3 Voided Bets. A bet may be voided by uno88 where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the market is suspended due to irregular activity; the odds displayed were materially incorrect due to a technical error; or the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded. In all void scenarios, the original stake is returned to the User's Account.
6.4 Live Betting. In-play betting is subject to rapid odds changes. Accepted in-play bets are binding at the displayed odds at the moment of confirmation. Delays in internet connectivity may cause a User to receive different odds than initially viewed; the confirmed odds will always apply.
6.5 Football Specific Rules. Football betting markets at uno88 include Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, mix parlay (accumulator), 1X2, total goals, and both-teams-to-score (BTTS). Standard rules apply: for Asian handicap markets, if a game is suspended before 90 minutes are completed, bets may be voided at uno88's discretion unless the result is already determined by the handicap. 6.6 Casino and Game Rules. Each casino game and slot title is governed by its own game-specific rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of a software malfunction or disconnection, the outcome displayed at the server level at the time of disconnection will be used to settle the bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

10.1 Platform Availability. uno88 aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. uno88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from downtime beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uno88 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, uno88's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Third-Party Services. uno88 is not responsible for the conduct, content, or service quality of third-party service providers including payment processors, game suppliers, and telecommunications providers.

By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy. 13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact uno88 customer support in good faith to seek an amicable resolution. uno88 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 WIB business days.
13.3 Final Decisions. In matters relating to bet settlement, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility, uno88's decision — made after reasonable review of the available evidence — shall be final and binding, subject only to any mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable law.
